For homebuyers, we will, at no charge, conduct an inspection of the potential property and provide a written document describing our findings as to:
- current wiring and ease of upgrade
- what kind of TV and audio the current wiring will support
- If an inventory is provided, how the client's current equipment would fit
- what electronics might present a "perfect fit" for the space
For listings, we will inspect the property and prepare detailed handouts to place in the home and with your sales kit outlining the above issues to facilitate a potential sale.
